Many people who have their deer cut up, end up with a lot of unwanted burger that they don't use. One way to utilize this ground meat is to make mini sausage sticks, similar to a Slim Jim. We sell all kinds of seasonings for these, and whats called a Jerky Shooter. This looks similar to a caulking gun, works by squeezing round or flat strips of ground meat out of the end. The whole process takes 15 minutes to prepare, and about 1hr 15 minutes to cook, and kids love them.
